The short version: we collect what you deliberately send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t sell it. The longer version follows.
When you use a form on this site — the contact form or the resources notify list — we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company (if you provide one), and your message. That information is stored in our database, hosted on Google Cloud Platform, and a notification email containing it is sent to us so we can respond.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal information through these forms.
To respond to your inquiry, to tell you when the thing you asked to be notified about is available, and for our own records of the conversation. That’s it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Analytics tooling (such as Google Analytics) may be added to this site to help us understand how it is used. If and when it is, this policy will be updated to describe what is measured and how.
The site stores your “Calm” display preference in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device. We do not currently set tracking cookies.
The site runs on Google Cloud Platform, and email notifications are delivered through Google Workspace. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for the conversation they belong to. If you would like your information corrected or deleted, ask — via the contact page — and we will do it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. This is an early version of the policy, published ahead of a formal legal review; the substance of the commitments above will not get weaker.
