Build TBD is the operating company of Cory Nation — part advisory practice, part product shop, part workbench. The name is literal: what gets built is to-be-determined by the problem in front of us, and the method for determining it is the whole point.
Every opportunity is a thread. The work — whether it’s a fractional engagement, a product in the portfolio, or a tool on the resources shelf — is pulling that thread with engineering discipline until it resolves into something real. This site is not a brochure; it’s a representative sample of the shop floor.
Two words run through everything here. Build TBD is built on the conviction that unconventional minds — given an environment actually designed for them — produce work conventional settings never get to see. It shapes how we advise organizations on neurodiversity, how we run our own operation, and how this site itself was designed: calm by default, precise on purpose.
